Just two weeks into 2019, the new year welcomed a brand-new online platform to Hedberg Supply.
Designed for customer convenience as a time-saving tool, Hedberg launched a new e-commerce website on Monday, January 14, one that offers online shoppers more around-the-clock access to exclusive natural stone from the company’s Plymouth and Stillwater landscape yards.
The newly released retail website will allow contractors and homeowners to browse each type of natural stone offered by Hedberg, including address stones, small rocks, flagstones and boulders. While customers can buy address stones and small rocks directly off the site, having them shipped directly to their homes, flagstone and boulders can only be picked out at Hedberg locations because they are priced by weight. The flagstone and boulder selection process can be started online by submitting an initial proof during checkout, with the Hedberg team contacting the buyer for more details thereafter.
One of the main, most innovative features of the website is that it gives shoppers the ability to customize the stone of their choosing. Customers can select their stone size, font type, text size, text color, text placement, border and can even upload an image to be placed onto their stone selection.
For orders placed with an image included, an added $25.00 fee does apply; additional fees also apply when a text color is requested that is not already a listed option (black, white, burgundy and green).
