Members of the Hedberg Supply team, pictured above, volunteered to participate in the annual Stillwater Lumberjack Days Parade on Sunday, July 21, taking part in the 85th anniversary celebration.
Joining 98 fellow floats who also made their way along the 1.5-mile route, Hedberg showcased several products on their flatbed truck that represented goods from the Stillwater Garden Center. Supplies featured included decorative outcroppings, plants and flowers, and outdoor garden decorations.
While driving the parade route at Sunday’s main event, the team collectively handed out to the crowd 300 pollinator seed packets with garden center coupons attached — aimed to help the local butterfly and bee population — as well as freezie pops and candy for the kids (and kids at heart) in attendance.
